If you have done nothing wrong, then you do not need to worry. The Xbox Enforcement Team will look into the report submitted and will decide whether or not you have done something wrong. If you have not, then no action will be taken against you.

In terms of changing your Xbox gamer Picture, please follow these instructions to do it on your Xbox Console:

Please note, if you have got an Xbox Suspension or Enforcement Action, or your under the age of 18. You may not be able to change your Gamerpic for your account.

I am on this forum to protect my account. Ive never had any problems with player behavior until today. I died on the raid in destiny, and this really mean guy who was yelling at everyone, said i was so bad he was going to "take my account and delete it".
im not sure if he meant hack my account, but please help me! i dont want to lose my account. His gamertag is

You are not allowed to call out gamertags on the forums.The ONLY way to report someone is via your console,it can't be done anywhere else.

No one can hack & delete your account,it was just an empty threat so no need to worry.

@ Platinum Penguin: I started this thread to get advice on reporting this particular instance. Your case is very simple: report the gamer for being nasty, and block him if you want. Easy. Do NOT post his gamertag on the forums; it's against the forum policy.
