My friend reported me as a joke cause he was annoying me so i insulted him as self defence since he was annoying me and now since im suspended i cant talk to anyone in my own xbox party just because he told half the story

The only place to contact the enforcement team is via their website Enforcement.xbox.com. You will need to log into the site with your GT and then file a case review.

well sometimes it happens to me it's getting annoying lot but can't respect everyone that's why I taking it easy don't want that account suspended

The enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension if they determine you have done something to violate the code of conduct. So it doesn't matter if the report was sent in as a joke or not.

If if people did report your gamer pic as a "Joke" Enforcement has the tools to see that. They look at the photo and make sure it follows all the guidelines. The report really just makes them look at it to verify its ok. If your pic is perfectly fine. It
won't matter how many people report it as a "joke"

Keep in mind that reporting things as a joke can also result in a ban or suspensions as well.

I think another ambassador mentioned this but could possibly mean that you have been reported by others as well. Then this joke report(not a good joke) added on to the other reports resulting in a fast ban. But that could just be one of a few factors.
