Tardes hace 2 dias compre una targeta de regalo de 200 pesos para comprar gold y no me a dejado comprarlo hoy al despertar vi si se hoy pero yo tenia 246 pesos en la consola hoy vi si se pudi y resulta que ya me lo cobraron pero no puedo jugar con gold

Thanks for reaching out to us today. I'm sorry to hear about the current issues. I would like clarify a bit it did end up charging the Xbox live gold subscription but it doesn't allow you to play online? If so,
I would recommend trying toremove and re-add your account.

Side Note: It is very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing it from the console.

If the issue is persistent afterwards you may request a callback.
When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
Step 2 ----Select See other options
Step 3 ----Select topic
Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

A gold subscription is the only thing needed to play online. If the gold is on your account and you are sharing it to your kids, then that shouldn't be the issue. If you're getting your gold from your kids, then that may be the issue. A lot of people have
reporting that getting gold directly on their account is a fix.

You have to be able to play online without any negative reports in order to raise your rep. You have to have gold in order to play online. So you would need either a gold subscription or use gold trials.

Same here. My purchase history shows Gold Pack/Premius Gold Jumbo/Silver Pack/Premium Gold Pack on 2 different dates. Immediately reported to Xbox and went under investigation. I hope MS nail those bastards down.
