Someone made very serious threats to me and i reported them. I'd like to know the details of his punishment because it was a very serious threat. send to

Sorry but no, it's your job and the players in the game to report him. Any of us that report won't do anything except get marks for abusing the report system. If I was to log on right now and file a report MS would get a report from me that shows absolutely nothing other than I haven't played a single game with that person.

i already spoke with someone and they said that to get notified on the details of his punishment i needed to make a post. he threatened me with very serious things so i want to know his punishment.

 

Unfortunately you were given incorrect information. There is no way to contact the enforcement team unless you've been suspended and are trying to find out why. They won't give out information about anyone else's suspension.

Sorry, but there is no way to find out if/when a person receives a suspension and how severe it is.

 

For data protection reasons, they will never release details like that. Rest assured if Enforcement deemed that this players actions violated the code of conduct, then a suspension will of been handed out or is pending shortly.

I can't rest assured until i know what his punishment is. he DDoSed me which could be taken to the police that is how serious this is

 

You would want to report it to your ISP and possibly your local police too in that case. Since DDoS attacks are done through your internet and not Live, the enforcement team can't enforce those because they can't see it. They can only enforce anything
they may have said to you over Live.

 

they said they would and they tried. you are telling me that xbox can't punish someone for threatening to DDoS me, cause if so that is silly

 

If they threatened it over Live, then the enforcement team will investigate it and take appropriate action, but they can't enforce for the attack itself since it doesn't take place on the Live servers.

 

You have been the least helpful person i've talked to today about this situation. Xbox and Microsoft should step up the customer service game

 

It has nothing to do with customer service you just dont get it

Customer seevice regardless of console has no access to the private information of a suspension

It is handled by a team thqt cannot be contacred or harassed

You cannot break the law and ask for private information and violate his privacy just to get satisfaction

Just report thats all you are allowed to do period

Block and ignore

If you retilate in anyway thqt violates the terms of use via msg to him you will be punished

Leave him be

As smwutches mentioned if you know anything about the internet

You would know that ddos doesnt occur on private networks but over the inteenet

Your isp would be the only one thwt sees it
