    Hello everyone so today in fact just a few sec ago I was on pso2 having fun then trolls comes and mess things up 4 of the in fact all radoms you know how trolls work they feed of each other anyway I would think this would be blocked but they start spaming
    hard hate speech and emotes is there any way to send a video report on xbox?

    They don't accept videos in the reports for a few reasons... the biggest of which being that video/photo imagery can often be doctored easily. The enforcement team has access to everything they'd need to investigate if you report the users for hate speech/harassment
    (or whatever category in the report though Xbox Live you believe it would fit under.) Also, if Phantasy Star Online 2 has an in-game report system, you should use that as well. The people over at Sega should have the tools to dish out game-specific enforcement,
    so long as their is an in-game report system you can use as well.

    So long as you report it properly, there would be no need for photo/video evidence. The enforcement team has everything need readily available.

    Some video apps are having problems since the last update. Many reports of crashes and failed playback errors are being reported from Zune/Xbox Video and Youtube but, give it time as the support staff is working on fixes. Thank You for the report and

    You can report online abuse to enforcements website on videos etc.

    Please report and block the account on xbox as well.
