Report underaged kids playing mature rated games

If I can get a ban for using adult language in an adult game, kids should NOT be allowed to play mature rated games. Their account should be banned if caught playing a mature rated game. I support the ratings on games.....do you?

Why do I have a restriction

I want to know exactly why I’m being enforced. I have a right to know. I also want to be able to report underage gaming. Mature rated games are for 17+. If I have to walk the line then I believe kids do too! They disrupt the chat and the gameplay. Many gamers
want to be able to report underaged gaming. Plus, their account should be restricted based upon age and once an account has either, let an underaged gamer play a mature rated game or the underaged gamer lies about his/her age, that account should be permanently
banned.

You let an 8-year old play an M-Rated game. That was your first mistake.

Now you want to find a solution to that? It's easy; don't let an underaged kid play an M-Rated game.

 

Sorry but the enforcement team does not follow these site. As for game rating that is related to the ability to purchase that content while language on a private service is based upon an agreement you contractually signed to use the service based on the
code of conduct and terms of use for Microsoft.

 

The rating on games has to do with who can buy a game without a parent being present. It has NOTHING to do with who can play the game online.

Everything online has to be kept 'E for everyone'

If your online activity doesnt abide by the code of conduct you face further enforcement action.

 

Why speak in all CAPS? Be disrespectful. Not everything has be Kept E for Everyone! I’ll say what I want and for you to try and sensor me and my communication with my friends in a game is an infringement of my first amendment right! I can use any damn language

the U.S. Constitution covers only what the U.S. Government can and cannot do. The First Amendment - Freedom of Speech - specifically
says "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a
redress of grievances."

Your argument does not apply on Live as Microsoft is a private company which can enforce it's own usage rules for the services
the company offer. Those rules, which all users agree to when they sign up, can be found here: Code of Conduct and Terms of Use.

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to everything you do on xbox live has to be rated E for everyone,that includes talking to your friends.

Freedom of speech etc. does not apply to xbox live.You can not use any language you want.

If you are caught violating the ToU/CoC then you will be suspended.Carry on breaking the rules then you will be banned & forfeit all digital content,live gold etc.
