    There is a guy on Xbox who keeps on harassing me about my family calling them retarded and calling my brother a fat a** I tell him to stop then I leave and he finds me over and over saying the same stuff if need gamertag tell me

    filing a report against someone not through console

    There is currently no way to report somebody on the xbox website.

    Hey there,

    The only route you need to take is to report the player through their profile on the Xbox One dashboard. Naming and shaming players on the forums is against our forum guidelines.

    You should make sure you know which Gamertag you are posting the report about as it says it near the top of the screen "How would you like to report
    *USER*?"

    A ban wouldn't occur just because of your report.

    It would happen because of evidence of them violating Xbox's TOS.

    Asking for an unban even if your report was what caused the ban, won't result in any action.

    How to report somebody.

    On xbox go to find a person and type the gamertag.

    Then from the menu where you can add him as a friend ecc you can go to block and report, in the report section you can describe what the player have done.
