I was just voice banned for cussing on a new game we all may have played already that is red dead redemption game. Now this game has the most racial slurs, cursing and ECT. My point is why do I get voice suspended when the game is rated M so I say stuff
that might be to mature to say normally, so I get voice banned really? The system needs to be re worked in ready to sell my xbox and get my new mother board for my pc because ill have more freedom. And wront feel like xbox holding me back from actually having
fun on my games. This sucks they really need to re work the system for mature players, it seems more kid friendly even on mature rated games which makes no **** sense, uh oh I just used a curse word hopefully my post dosen't get taken down fobeing mature
guess xbox was better when I was a kid time for me to grow my wings amd fly on over to the pc gamming world ✌

You have to do whatever you feel you have to do but Xbox is for everyone and you agreed to the CoC/ToU when you signed up for the service. We all have to play by the rules. You can always submit a case review but it is probably a waste of time since
you have already admitted to breaking the rules.

Alright you can just stay one sided man most games have the ability to mute people and xbox has the ability to block people just block those people who curse to much for your liking, but don't reatrict those people who dont mind it, this is still one sided
the blocking works perfectly and ive used it in the past, I got banned for saying **** after I got killed when I was trying to play passive and I left it at that, like I said already no excuse the blocking is apart of xbox people should use that more then
the reporting if I cant freely talk then that's the reason why you wrong see much people using mics their afraid of getting banned lol its sad how bad the xbox community really is when this happens to a normal solo player I don't even play with other people
often so yeah messed up man I don't deserve this when I play solo unless its with some buddies that I went to high school with a couple years back, stop trying to make excuses for something that is broken obviously since it happened to a solo player :\

Because Xbox Live is rated E for everyone. Just because you are playing a mature rated game, does not entitle you to cuss. That being said, you assume it was for this infraction. The only place you will get any discourse is at HTTPS://enforcement.xbox.com

Edit: Kid friendly or not, parents may buy M rated games as they may be happy that their child is mature enough to deal with it. There are no rules against children playing M rated games, just the purchase of them.
