    Report or not if it is a known problem?


    If there is a know issue, should i report it? For example: I have a problem where audio is turned to mono everytime i close (fastboot enabled)or restart the console. I know it's a known problem and has to to do with accesabilty testing. But sometimes there is information to report problems, and other times there is just that it's a known problem. So should I report with trace, or just live with it untill it's fixed?

    i spoke to customer service and reported the problem and it came down to the console overheating and it was a known problem

    There are certainly no known or reported problems with any parts of the service. Could be a blip? Keep trying.
