    Then there is nothing more to do, the XBLPET will take care of the rest, and keep in mind you cannot call out other users on the forums.

    Hello Ekffazr! I'm sorry to hear about the experience! Are you able to remove the family member in question from the pack and then re-add them to the family? This has been proven to work in the past! Please note that there is a 5 day waiting period between
    removal and ability to re-add the member. Let us know how this works!

    I am having the same problem, iv tried signing in with a different device and while my phone says it has logged in my xbox sats otherwise. We’re not morons who leave the caps lock on, please fix this problem.
