    do i get rewarded for that?

    My account was hacked, I called customer service, they said come here.

    For sure. Call it what you want, it is illegal and each (hacking and phishing) are used to commit fraud which is also illegal. My point was that CS was doing nothing when they have in their possession evidence of illegal act taking place in their service,
    it is their job to report it.

    I can say that after 3 CS reps I finally got a UA. It should not be that difficult.
