    Report a problem v2 (Beta) is live now


    Don't know if this already has been announced but today I found the new standalone Report a problem app which was announced earlier this year in the Previews section of the Insider Hub.

    It seems as if it has a new feature to track steps so it is easier for the devs to follow along

    This may be of little help to you now as the beta is now over. But people have been reporting a factory reset of their console seems to do the trick in ridding you of that problem when trying to login on the Titanfall beta servers.

    DeniedCoast094, Did you report the problem on the Xbox app beta, as described above by Hammer? I reported it on 3rd May but have had no reply. I have had the problem for 2 weeks now and am hoping for an answer.

    Thank you, Best. I can log into the Xbox app OK, the only problem I have is with Mahjong. I have now reported the problem again on Xbox beta..

    Xbox app crashes when I am streaming.

    Hi Rage, We will need to gather logs to request an investigation. Please DL the Xbox App Beta version by going to your PC and searching for "Xbox App Beta". Install and launch the app and click the happy face and use the "report a problem" to report this
    issue. Let me now if you were able to submit a report and I will request an investigation.
