Report a problem button not working properly.

What I need currently is a Report A Problem submission from any user experiencing this issue. Once you submit the report a problem, please share the title of the bug to this thread so that I can find it and properly investigate it.

You can download the Report A Problem App through the Store on your Xbox. Start up Minecraft and trigger the issue on your console. Once the issue has been triggered, hold the Nexus button (Xbox button) and choose “Report A Problem” and fill out the report.

I see. If it's only happening to certain games only, I would highly recommend reporting it using the Report a problem app, that way it should be investigated properly. Please do the steps below using your console.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, and then select Store.

Select Search, and then enter Xbox Report a Problem in the search box.

Choose the app from the search results, and then select Download.

Follow the instructions in the section “Report a new problem” to submit your problem report.

It seems to be up to date. Since you have tried all the possible steps to sort out the issue. I would highly recommend reporting the issue using the feedback hub app so that it can be properly investigated. Open the Feedback Hub app then click the "Report a problem" button.

The Store didn't work for me properly the other day - I could select something from the tiles, but whenever selected the '...' image it reported there was a problem

It is probably just a bug that you will need to report to Microsoft so that they will be able to deal with the problem properly and hopefully return your gamerscore to what is it was originally.

Try doing a hard reset of your console by holding down the power button for ten seconds, before releasing and pressing the power button again.
