Replacement order? Verify shipping.

You'll want to verify with the store you purchased it from that they are shipping it since they have your order information.

When I went through the advanced replacement program I received my replacement system in 4 days. Set it up to verify that it worked then sent old system back in same box with free return shipping label.

I had a similar problem and when I checked they had cancelled my order as "Not Received". I call up the support team and got someone right away. He was able to verify that the my shipment was received, then they shipped my replacement to the wrong address.

They eventually got me the replacement to my controller(just a stock run of the mil controller) but the whole process took about a month and half some change so it was a bit frustrating

When I try to put a service order in and click on the shipping address it takes me to a page that is broken. It has been like this for the last two weeks and every time I try to get the replacement the same thing happens. The controller is still in warranty and I have the correct serial number. This means I cannot place the shipping order and get the replacement that I need.
