Replacement Controller Timeline

Hello,

I ordered a replacement controller for my elite series 2 controller since my current controller is out of warranty. I paid the $80 plus tax and all it says in my order history is that I was charged. It doesn’t say the order is processing or anything? Is that normal? When am I going to receive my replacement. I would like it to be asap since I prefer the elite series 2 over the stock controllers.

We wouldn't have any information regarding your replacement here on the forums. Being the holidays, timelines can be a bit weird though, but you'll want to contact support to see if they can get you more information. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

It's within policy to fill a replacement order for the controllers. Just be aware that there isn't a timeline for how long it will be before the controller will be replaced.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have a question on limited edition controllers. Personally I agree I love the design have three of them along with the consoles. Unfortunately, there is no timeline if and when they will be replaced.
Only thing we can recommend is keep checking the site.

Timelines are subject to change. We at least know now that there is a timeline and it's closer to sooner than later. That's better than no timeline.

They could always adopt a BLOPS 2 timeline and jump between timelines. Do WW2 and present day sort of thing.
