    I recently bought an xbox one s. All the buttons work fine except for the view button. I live in the uk and was wondering if i could send my package through royal mail instead of ups due to coronavirus issues. I would appreciate any help

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have a question on repair shipment. We recommend reaching out to support in your area. They will be the best to assist you in this situation.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    MS should have resolved his problem much faster and it's not right that he had to pay return shipping on a defective controller. and no, u won't get a replacement day one controller.

    You'll need to contact Xbox Support by phone or chat to see if the controller is available for replacement. There isn't a "repair" option for the controller.

    If it is available for replacement, you will need to cover the cost for shipping to the repair center. No shipping label will be provided.

    there are no repair options for the controllers / its replacement only

    You'd have to setup a repair for each controller and pay for shipping for each controller and ship them individually.

    And if they are out of warranty, then you're out of luck.

    No resolution. Sent the controller back to Microsoft for 8 bucks shipping. Have not received replacement but only shipped on Mon or Tue of last week
