    Replacement controller overdue


    Hi all,

    I returned a custom controller back to Microsoft. They confirmed receipt July 27 2022. I was informed that AT THE LATEST I would receive it 27 August. As I write, it is 14 September 2022! Is this just mine they messed up, or is this an inherent problem with microsoft right now? They've been pretty efficient in the past, but a missing controller is kind of an issue if you want to use your games!

    BTW, anyone paying for Game pass ultimate, seriously look at using microsoft rewards programme! For the sake of 10 mins / day, I haven't paid for game pass ultimate in nearly 2 years since I found it out! Oh and the controller was "paid" for with microsoft rewards points as well! 3 mths Game pass ultimate = 35k pts, I'm averaging 18k / mt!

    I was told by a service rep that Microsoft is in a delay state because they do not have enough units for everyone and that there is nothing they can do. Its funny, for support they hardly give you any support.

    When they suspend for overdue balances, the suspension is lifted after you pay the overdue balance.
