    Replacement console *New type Power on button?*


    Afternoon,

    I exchanged my Xbox Series X this evening for another as the previous one was grinding games. This one seems to be an August edition but I’ve noticed the Xbox console button is slightly different to the previous with it being like a different plastic/slightly more wiggle lovely and having to push a little further in.

    Is this normal and has anyone experienced this on a replacement/new console.

    If you already have your Console to Factory settings abd you don't see any change. I recommend to Contact Xbox Support because may be it's. Physical failure and you will need to replace your Console.

    I am having to replace my xbox one console, which is pretty poor considering it's just over a month old. Having said that, the person in support who I spoke to on live chat was extremely helpful

    If you've already replaced the power supply, most likely there's an issue with the system. If it's still under warranty you would be able to get it repaired/replaced. The warranty period would be one year from the date of purchase for the console, unless
    some sort of extended service plan was purchased with it.
