    I purchased an xbox one that came with a code for the master chief collection, however I have lost that code. Is there any way I might get a replacement code? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

    Code Replacement

    Normally when a code said it is not valid that means a character that was entered was not valid.

    If it says that it is not active that means the store did not activate the card when it was purchased. this can take up to 24 hours sometimes for the stores system to send the info to MS to let them know the card was activated.

    I'm not sure what they do about replacement codes that have already been used. It's highly unlikely they'd sell you codes that were already used.

    here     to show you if you've used them or not.

    Well yea that's why I think something might be wrong with my account or something. Because it's very unlikely that two codes were somehow already used when I bought them directly from microsoft. But yea I've got no clue about how I'm supposed to get a
    replacement code by proving that I didn't use it.
