Yeah, I believed sales and services are being suspended. You can try reaching out with the store if they have other options. If you are to have it repaired on other regions, you can try that too but there might be a payment since it was bought on another country. Just set up your address on Spain and check for that option first if it is available.

Once registered, you will be able to see your warranty on there and start an order so you can have your controller serviced using the warranty.

I see. If this was bought in Russia then the warranty service should also be processed there. You would need a Russian address for that too. Your region does not support any services that is why if you need to use the warranty, this needs to be processed where it was bought.
