Incorrect time and date settings on your device may cause authentication problems. Please make sure that the time and date settings on your device are correct.

Try to delete and re-add your Microsoft account: In the Authenticator app, try to delete the current Microsoft account, then re-add it, and re-scan the QR code to associate the account again.

Re-login to Minecraft.

Try to restart the device, and uninstall and then reinstall the game to see if the problem persists.

hello, i’ve been having problems with the “you need to authenticate microsoft services” when i try to join realm in minecraft. I have done all the solution i could find and i still can’t get access to it. Is there any solid solution you can tell me? thanks

I'm having issues again. I can see the Minecraft Marketplace but it gives me an error message when opening it. I don't have access to Realms, servers, or skins again. Is this an issue with Mojang/Microsoft's servers or something?
