    Repeated short term suspensions


    I am aware that I violated a TOS, by linking a discord account in my LFG's in September of this year. My fault, suspension deserved.

    I've since not had any discord link in my LFG's afterwards, yet suspensions are still incoming for the same LFG twice now.

    The latest is today the 15th of November, and I've been off my XBOX game and party wise for two days. I haven't hosted any LFG's since Sunday, and included no mention of a discord link or anything else then a lobby for racing.

    Also I'm at a loss, because there is no way to challenge these. Short term suspensions offer no appeal in the enforcement section.

    Why now?

    Just to let you know, enforcement actions are not always issued based in your latest activity.
    Seems to be your case, if maybe you post more than one time the same LFG description. Probably that’s the reason, but I’m guessing.
    Because no one here including Microsoft customer support is capable to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions.

    Why does Xbox enforcement exist?

    They exist to help enforce the Terms of Service that Xbox Live Subscribers agree to adhere to. Those that continually violate the TOS are usually banned for a short period based on the offense but can be permanently banned for repeated offenses.

    I wholeheartedly agree with you. The root cause for a suspension, no matter how short the term, needs to be concise and logged for review by the party at fault or in the case of family accounts, the parent or legal guardian.
