    Repeat Unfair Comms Ban Due to Unwarranted Reports?


    This is the 2nd time in less than a month i have received a comms ban on xbox when I've done absolutely nothing to violate the xbox code of conduct. So heres my story. I started streaming roughly 2 weeks ago on mixer for the newish game Minecraft Dungeons.
    Everynight before i Stream i Make an LFG (Looking for Group) Post Stating that Hey I'm a high level player streaming live on mixer and that im playing games with any new followers regardless of level. For the 2nd time my post has been reported for innaprorpiate
    content. If the enforcment team would actually review my post instead of just comms banning my account they would see that I've done/posted nothing wrong. However instead I'm hit with an immediate comms ban. The 1st time this happend I went to the Enforcment
    page submitted a case review the ban was immediately overturned and xbox apologized for the mistake. The 2nd time however when i go to submit a case review the site is bugged it says I've already attempted to submit a case review to many times and to wait
    24 hours. So now I'm stuck with a 2 weeks com ban when I've done absolutely nothing wrong and nobody that i reach out to will do anything about it.

    i would recommend making a case review and trying to overturn the enforcement if you believe you did nothing wrong

    Why was I suspended?

    Generally it takes more than one report/complaint before someone is suspended. This is to prevent people from being suspended for unwarranted or unfair claims of abuse.

    PSN has comm bans as well when you are reported. You were banned because someone reported you and the ban was extended due to multiple infractions. You should probably review the code of conduct a little more carefully.
