    If you're looking for a refund on a purchase, no one in the forums will be able to do that. You will need to reach out to support directly.
    You can go to Contact Us | Xbox Support > account > Billing to get the phone number of support in your region.

    You can add a passcode to the account to help prevent future unauthorized purchases.
