Repaired Xbox One just received back from Service, still same issue.

Hi,

I just got my Xbox one back from being serviced. I can't power up the console. When I opened the returned xbox and plugged it in the same issue persists altough it says it has been tested. And now I can't come in contact with support via chat or phone. Instead
I get directed here for help.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sorry to hear that your console has been returned to you and it won't turn on. Sadly, we in the forums do not have the tools to assist with this particular issue; however, as our Ambassador Smwutches
stated, you can contact support for assistance if you wish to.

Another tactic that I personally recommend, is (if you set up the repair by calling in initially) to reply to any email communications that you may have received from the agent that assisted you with the repair set up to let them know that the console is
still not functioning correctly. If you set up the repair yourself online, then you'll need to call in and use the reference number for the repair to help the agent get everything sorted out.

If you'd like, prior to doing any of that, you can troubleshoot the issue using our support article entitled Your Xbox One X, Xbox One S, or original
Xbox One console won't turn on to see if it alleviates the issue.

Who knows what happened. I'd contact them via chat and be quite stern and let them know your level of dissatisfaction. That's scandalous to be honest. All they did was waste everyone's time by not doing anything.

Hi, we are having the same problem with the Xbox Mlb collectors edition on our Xbox series X. We downloaded the game and start to play and the Xbox shuts off. We went through all these steps and thought it was the Xbox system. Sent it in for repair and just received it back. Still the same issue. We bought the game at GameStop with a warranty and even return the game for a new one. Still same issue. Can you help please?
