    Good morning,

    I write to you cause I have been waiting for a repaired xbox one controller for more than 28 days now.

    Indeed, November 27th, i received an email from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** noticing me that the new controller was sent and that i would receive it within 28 days.

    I have currently not received anything, so what are the options ?

    If you are dissatisfied with the quality of repair of your console you should get back in contact with Microsoft phone support and send it back off. There is nothing anyone on the forums can do.

    It says the controller was received. But Im wondering why did I get receive a repair kit instead of a fixed controller? Im out of a n controller now as I sent it to Microsoft.

    Xbox One controller issue.

    Log in with your account on xbox.com/live

    Then go to the support section and register Your XBOX ONE.

    Go to the repair section myservice.xbox.com and request a return for your controller.

    You will receive packaging instructions.

    Follow the instructions and sent the controller to the repair center.

    You will receive a new controller within 20 business days.

    If you've set up a repair at devicesupport.microsoft.com then please check the email associated with your gamertag for a shipping label. Once you've received it you can
    pack up the controller and send it off. When Xbox receives it they will send you the repaired controller

    Xbox One Elite Controller is broke

    Is it the same controller you received from Xbox Repair? If the original controller was out of warranty you wouldn't be able to get it repaired again. I would recommend contacting Xbox Support for this issue, here: https://support.xbox.com

    Lucky! You received your repair quick. I'm still waiting for my controller, yup just a controller... I had sent it on march and still waiting. Its going to be tuff getting those back since you already received the repaired console back and if there is
    no record that the other items were in the box. Keep calling and good luck.
