    Am very annoyed because today I spent the whole day in the waiting loop in Germany without result except that I was kicked out of first place and have to start again, last moved up to second place then the support time ended without notice and I without
    result the whole Day waited in vain. Now my question hopefully understandable in English. What the status implies for the following operation repair order: [Mod Removed - PII]

    because neither Microsoft nor UPS received messages so far!
