Repair Order Missing for Bricked Xbox Series X - launch week lemon

Mine laid like a brick after one week of owning it. Talked to Microsoft,and sent it in. Works perfectly now. I was ready to throw the thing out the window until I called them. There's always a lemon in every bunch. Somehow that's my luck too. If it's still
under warranty, maybe call them and get the repair process going again. It's a pain, but now I use my Xbox x every day, so in my mind it's worth it.

And for the cost you are better off buying a xbox one s used even cause it doesn't need a power brick trust me I traded in my original for a xbox one s before I upgraded ro the xbox one x and the series x

The same happens to me when I try to register/open the repair order for Xbox Series X but with my other account, I can register and open the repair order normally. You can also try talking to support and see if they can create the repair order for you.

Hi there. It sounds like a faulty power brick. You would be best off requesting a repair/replacement at the Device Support webpage: https://devicesupport.microsoft.com/

You will need to register your Xbox One console in order to order the repair/replacement which should be with you a week after they receive the faulty device.

Like the title says, Is the Xbox X|S unstable like the PS5 was at launch, or is it stable? When the Xbox X|S first launched, I heard stuff about it crashing, bricking, etc. I was wanting to know, so I know whether to get it now, or wait.

Hello, I have had my Xbox series x since Christmas my console has been fine no crashing i would recommend you get one if you haven't already. Also issues that have been happening with series x/s Microsoft are working on them but mostly the issues are on the units that were on sale on the launch date.
