I already opened 11 or more repair order and microsoft cancels it and it does not send me the shipping label, I try to do this procedure for 2 weeks and nobody from microsoft answers me what is causing the error. I still say that my console is under warranty,
I think they want my warranty to end. each service is worse than another. I'm tired

Xbox must be returned for repair

I didn't get a shipping label to return my Kinect for repair ,I got a order receipt but on label for FedEx

Either way you'd need to print the label that they provide as it has the repair order number on it. If you have not received the email to the address associated with your gamertag (be sure to check your spam folders) then you can print the label from the
Repairs page.

If the shipping label still isn’t showing and you’ve followed the steps online with no success, it sounds like the order may be stuck or the label failed to generate correctly. Since email and phone attempts haven’t helped so far, here’s what I suggest next:

1. Recheck the repair order manually

Head to: https://account.microsoft.com/devices

Sign in with the account used for the repair

Look for your device and click Repair order details

See if there's a download link or tracking section for the label

If it’s listed but has no shipping label, it likely didn’t generate properly.

2. Contact support directly (request a callback or chat)

You can request help directly from Xbox Support here:

Select Devices > Set up a repair

Choose Contact us and select the callback or live chat option

This may help escalate the issue and regenerate the label manually.

3. Optional – cancel and create a new repair

If the label still won’t appear and it’s time-sensitive, you can cancel the current request and start a new one at:

Make sure your shipping and contact details are fully up to date

A new request often triggers a working label automatically
