    Repair Order - have not recieved return label email


    Hello,

    I have an Xbox One X with several problems:

    -0x87DD0003

    -0x80070490

    -0x8007045d

    -0x80070570

    -0x80831002

    -E105 System Error

    -E203 System Error

    -And a few other intermittent issues with no error codes

    So I have logged a Repair Order, however I have been waiting 10 days for the email from Microsoft with the device return label, and it has not arrived. I also checked the repair status on MS Support page for my ticket, and the button to 'Get shipping label'
    is greyed out.

    This is my second attempt to send this Xbox console unit back over the past 2 months, however both attempts have failed at the same point.

    Some help from the AU Microsoft Repair team to ship my device back to MS for an exchange would be appreciated.

    ****Update****

    I got an email from the courier company Termando 1hr ago, but it was incomplete. Refer to copy/paste below. So what is being organised....and what do I need to do...? Can anyone help?

    Xbox must be returned for repair

    I didn't get a shipping label to return my Kinect for repair ,I got a order receipt but on label for FedEx

    Sorry Geth, but this link got me nowhere. I have been trying for months to get this resolved, with well intentioned people pointing me in various directions, all going around & round in circles. The MS chatbots cannot help with the propblem, so they direct
    me to a 'person', which directs me to xBox live and I end up here.

    I even took the unit back to the retailer (JB HIFI) I bought it from, but they said it is quicker if I go direct through MS Support. There is no Microsoft store in Melbourne, so another dead end.

    All I need to know is the address for the Microsoft xBox repair centre in Sydney, and I'll pay for my own courier to be shipped there.

    Xbox Support Phone Team     will be able to assist with providing a shipping label for the repair order. The options on how to speak with a phone agent will be listed below. The option to select will be 'request a call from support' since the phone number to
    call them directly is no longer an option. Be sure to let us know the results!

    1. Click on the link we provided to pull up the "Contact Us" section of the website
    2. Select Xbox One
    3. Select "No Thanks..."
    4. Select Games from the "Pick a topic" section
    5. Select Request a call from Support
