    Hello,

    A few weeks ago, I bought a controller from the Xbox design lab. Unfortunately, the device I got was faulty, so I decided to send it to the repair center.

    However, after the controller arrived there, I got a mail telling me that the order has been canceled. When I tried to get into contact with Microsoft for that, I only found that the chat and phone calls are both temporarily disabled, and the virtual assistant
    is the opposite of helpful.

    Does anyone have recommendations on getting into contact with the right people for this issue?

    Edit: Sorry if this is the wrong category for this topic. But I didn't really find a fitting one.

    Repair order cancelled

    Hey there, Gilwen73! I'm sorry to see that your repair was cancelled with no explanation. It appears that the service center received your console, however the serial number didn't match the repair order that was created. You will need to contact support
    via our Contact Us page to set up a repair order for the proper console. If your region is set to your proper region, once you select
    Xbox 360, select Games under Music, Video, Apps, & Games. Then you will get the option under
    Step 3 to REQUEST A CALL FROM SUPPORT.

    Be sure to mention that they should look at the repair order on the console it was originally created on for further instructions. You should have Service Request number in the email you received when you created the original order; that's the one they will
    want to check.

    I am sincerely sorry about the confusion and delayed repair for your console. I do hope we will be able to sort it out once you contact us via phone support! :)

    my xbox was sent to microsoft to be repaired and they have cancelled the repair without me approving it. the tray to my xbox360 is not working at all .

    Make sure you double check your order on myservice.xbox.com, you should be able to sign in using the email and password for your Microsoft account and track the status of your order or verify if it has been cancelled. If you sent your controller in and the
    order was cancelled before you received your replacement, then I'm afraid that NJDevils rock13 is right. You will need to call 18004699269 to escalate this issue to the Customer Care Advocacy team so they can investigate with the repair center.
