    all of a sudden my console will not read disc

    It sounds like either the disc has been damaged or the laser to the Xbox360.

    You probably have a damaged Adapter, Or your adapter could be receiving to much Power. You can either call Xbox support and send in the console for repair, Or you can take the console to the store that you purchased it from and try to get an exchange.

    Have you tried exchanging the disc for another one? It could be that the disc itself is damaged or corrupted.

    only this disc over 30 other disc work okay. try most them on my main profile it says dirty or damaged disc. do EA exchange discs. the disc has no sign of wear or damage

    Ok, this could be the situation, that your disc is damaged as I mentioned and that's the reason for the game to crash, if you recently made the purchase you could try to exchange it

    Sometimes changing the console to a different position works on some disc depending on the damage

    Actually that is your console laser that can't read the disc. This can be caused by different issues the disc is damaged or the disc driver is damaged. Try to play another disc and if it can play your gta5 is damaged, if it can't be played means your disc
    drive is damaged and you should send that console for repairs.

    I would not recommend trying a self repair

    Rather use the warranty/exchange option. If you damage the controller by trying a self repair, you might regret it later
