Reocurring Error Code 0x8027025a

My Xbox One X has run flawlessly since early 2018 but ever since early November 2020 (coincidentally the same week the Series X was released) ive had a constant problem with games and apps not opening. Always the same error, ** is taking too long to start (0x8027025a). Does it with games, apps, Xbox store and even the Xbox assist and settings.

Ive tried every suggestion I can find including:
-Hard reset to clear cache (unplugging console from wall/power cycle)

-Uninstalled all games and reinstall the one I want to play, tried both internal and external drive, made no difference

-Full console restore deleting all games, data and users and starting from scratch. This worked but it was only temporary, lasted about 4 days before it continued getting the error with only one game installed (AC Valhalla)

-Tried different games only having one installed at a time in an attempt to see if it was a specific game but it did the same with each game (Cyberpunk, Valhalla, Bless Unleashed, Destiny 2, Fortnite)

Some times it will randomly work after doing one of the above and ill get one or two sessions in of game play but then next time I try its back to the same error until it decides to work again.

Its very rare but every now and then ill get a random change of error code to 0x8b050033 saying it needs and update but it cant get it right now which would normally mean Xbox Live was down but each time i check its all fine. I usually leave it a while and try again and get the console to check for updates but it never finds anything, Ive even gone as far as checking online to see if there are any recent updates for the Xbox or any games or apps i have and there never is.

I plan on getting a Series X anyway but no-one can say when they will even be available and Ive already gone 4 months barely being able to use my Xbox and you can see above from my rigorous troubleshooting Ive spent countless hours trying to figure it out.
