Reoccurring Bill Dates

This is the 2nd time this has happened and it seems kind of shady.

On the Xbox app the reoccurring bill for my game pass did not match the date on my Xbox one console.

They were an exact week apart.

Most recently the app said it was to reoccur November 21st while the console said November 14th.

Like I said in the beginning this happened to me before and it was the samething an exact week apart.

I'm not sure if there's something wrong that Microsoft doesn't know about, but seems like a real easy way to scam people into paying the reoccurring bill because the dates are different. Either way, stop or fix it.

Yeah I understand. the first time it happened I didn't notice this until after it took the next payment out because I didn't think twice about the app being the wrong date. That was months ago.

it's not like its a major bug, and they don't seem to be in much of a hurry to fix it.

I'm not too upset about it. It's just if it happened to me, who knows how many other people it's happened to. That's just not right.

Hello, the issue with the phone app is a common issue, it is happening to me as well. It's just a glitch, I don't think it's shady. For now, there is no fix. Like my fellow ambassadors said, the safest way is to check your console or account.microsoft.com

Yes my gamer profile is the same on my app as it is on my console. I understand about checking Microsoft.Com but to be honest I never get on here.

Also why do I have to check 3 things to make sure a dates right?

Can you go to http://account.microsoft.com/services site and tell us if you see the same date of your console? In this case the issue is on Xbox App on your smartphone,
have you tried to delete and reinstall the App? is easy and not time consuming.

Just check to make sure that you are signed in with the same account on both devices, and if so, then check the link provided by WPAK.

Like someone said in an earlier post, it's most likely a problem with the xbox app. It must not be the fixes you're referring to because this just happened last night

It was 100% the same subscription, Game Pass Ultimate.

I was going to screenshot it. didnt think about it until right before I canceled reoccurring payments.

the app updated almost instantly and what is funny is that it then changed to

"game pass is active until November 14th" instead of the 21st.

I really don't have anything to deal with, just trying to get the word out about it because I couldn't really find much about it.
