    Reoccurring bill charges ?


    So i got the minecraft realm for 10 people and i used to play it with my friends but we stopped so i stopped the realm. But every month i get billed for both the realm and premium? So i thought if i was billed for it, the server would be running but that still says expired but i keep getting billed for it

    1$ for 1 month live promotion thing

    You need to enable Reoccuring charges and add billing info at the vendors website

    Also not all cards work for online games

    Since you are not seeing the charge on your account, you will have to call your bank and ask them to cancel this charge.

    You may need to ask your grandson to cancel the subscription on his end.

    Please ask him to sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services so eh can cancel it.
