Discus and support Rented movies won't play in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I've tried renting 2 movies from the store both will not play , I have a 4k uhd tv and it also a xbox one s and it says my device or hardware doesn't...     Hey there Tin! Are you saying you rented two movies and it won't allow you to watch the first movie you rented? Will it let you watch the second movie? What error does it give you when you try to watch the first movie?

    Xbox 360 Movies and TV Narration enabled on purchased movies and cannot disable.

    This is getting ridiculous now... The movie I rented won't even play on my computer through Movies and TV. I had to watch it on Movies Anywhere which my account is associated with. You all need to get your act together and fix this.
