    Renewing subscriptions, I CANT PLAY A GAME FOR A MONTH


    So I want to buy a month of EA Play so i can play the new Star Wars Squadrons game instead of buying it outright as EA Play gets added to the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate next month which im already a member of. My old phone number was the only number on my
    microsoft account and i had to change the number on my account in order to get sent a security code so i can access my subscriptions and buy EA Play, but now its saying i have to wait 30 days to manage my subscriptions so my information can update my phone
    number, which means I cant play the game until next month!!!!! This is silly as it should give me the option to get emailed the security code instead of via text like most sites would. Anyone have a way around this??

    Xbox live got removed from my account

    I have the 12 month membership that renews automatically. And it doesnt show up anymore. I also cant check the subscriptions.

    I cant edit my last post i have not dropped gold or been silver at any point of my subscription the renew was i just added onto the month that was remaining.

    Gold subscription+Gamepass

    If you turn off auto-renewal your subscription will not be cancelled. It'll just run for the 12 months and then end.

    If you bought a subscription to Game Pass from Xbox for 1 month, then it will renew after the 1 month and you will pay again. If you just bought a prepaid Game Pass card for 1 month then it would not renew unless you turned that option on.

    its a green xbox live gold 3 months card so i can't use it to buy games in game purchases???
    You can't buy games or in game purchases with a 3 Month Gold membership card.

    But even if you have a subscription, you can redeem the card, and the card will "pause" your renewal payments for 3 months, and after the 3 months of the gold card are over, you start paying normally for your subscription again.

    So just redeem it on your account, and you save 3 monthly Gold payments. And even if you have a longer subscription (like a 12 month subscription), it will "push back" the next renewal payment for 3 months.

    So for example, if your next renewal were in November 2019, and you redeem the 3 Month card, you'd have to pay for the next subscription renewal in February 2020.

    I got an e-mail saying I had got 300pts and its now in my account , got them for renewing my 12 month subscription which I got for round about £26 so cant complain
