    So apparently my Xbox live gold has expired lately. I tried to renew it by monthly membership but all I'm getting is that I can't because of "That's as many as you can have." or "Try a different payment option."

    Yeah ive tried and when it asks me for my cerurity question it says its been enteered to many times when again its the right answer to the question, But thank you so much anyways you did try your best so you are not powerless Renewing problems :)

    but have you try changing it using the old password you sure you know is right???

    does it still say the password is wrong and stuff

    i guess then im powerless, something is definitely wrong here.

    for now i recommend calling xbox support a second time you might have a different person helping you thats better

    Hi there,

    to speed up the process, that the console will see the gold subscription. Try and clear the consoles cache en reboot the console :

    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    That often helps.

    When you renew on your pc there can be a delay before it shows on your console.Looks like your gold now so i assume everything is sorted.

    I know for a fact you would renew it on the 4th, but renewing it on the 3rd, wouldn't cause any problems

    one case may be what happened to me also. Some of you that are expericaning this problem, may also have the setting auto renewal on. Now, if your credit card cannot be charged for renewal, your account will be suspended until you add a new card that can
    purchase renewal, or redeem a code that the auto renewal system is trying to purchase.

    To see if this is the problem, check your email for information about problem with charging your credit card
