    Renewed Xbox Live and still can’t play online?


    I just renewed my Xbox Live Gold for another 3 months, and every time I try and go play a game online it keeps telling me I need to sign up for Xbox Live to play online. What the hell is going on???

    I redeemed a 3 month Xbox live code in January, but I can’t play online anymore. I looked at my account and it still says I have the Xbox live membership but I still can’t play online

    Renewed Xbox Live and still can’t play online?

    Try a hard reset on the Xbox One first. Hold down the power button on the front of the Xbox One for 15 seconds. Then let go and restart the Xbox and try and play online again.

    If that doesn't work, remove the account from the Xbox and then add it back and try again.

    You can contact Xbox Support and they can check on the status of the sub on your account too.

    I have Gold but it wont let me play online

    Me too I renewed it 2 months ago and it will not let me play online and I even put in a Xbox live trial code and said ' you already have an Xbox live gold membership' and still would not let me play online???

    Well the thing that makes it weird is that i could still play online, but without live gold. There arent any other accounts on my xbox, and it didnt auto-renew the subscription.
