Renewed Game Pass, now it says it's cancelled

It doesn't. I paid for the monthly renewal, but it says it was cancelled. I didn't cancel it. So I either want my money back, which seems impossible cause it says I haven't purchased anything or to turn the effing game pass back on. I'm not paying these
clowns $15 to cancel my game pass.

check https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ to confirm that the order went through to renew your Game Pass.

check your card statement as well to confirm that money was taken from your account.

once you have that information sign in to your account at
https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us and click the Contact Us button.

select the option for Subscriptions and billing in the top window

then select I need help purchasing content.

click next then select Request a call.

when Support calls you back you can explain what has happened and they should be able to find out what went wrong and fix it for you.

like the previous post says, turn off auto renew, but do NOT cancel as it will cancel xbox live gold, game pass etc and whatever you have left on it, just turn off auto renew, let things run out then sign up to whichever service you want, ie gold, game pass
or game pass ultimate.
