Removing Smiley face from start :( please

When I first open start {Xbox 360} I get when locked screen presents a Hello onto locked screen, how to remove this greeting

Where are all the emblems?

when do you get the smiley face? caboose needs his smiley face emblem.

The window I'm asking about is the lock and greeting on my windows screen, the view says HELLO & ): is what I want removed from the window that appears when my computer first loads when started, usually in the morning.
