Removing/recovering xbox account from Microsoft account I don’t have access too.

Hi this might be unsalvagable. I have an Xbox account, it was linked to my girlfriends Microsoft account. We broke up, and I didn’t even think about it and have continued to use my Xbox since. Nearly two years later I go to login to my Xbox and she has changed the Microsoft password. I can’t contact her and I want to move my Xbox account to a new Microsoft account. I don’t have a password and don’t have access to her email. Obviously. I’ve tried reaching out to her but no response. I can’t use my Xbox account and it’s a reoccurring subscription meaning that it will keep being payed out of my account until I regain control. Any help would be appreciated

From our end, there isn't anything that can be done to stop the transaction without having access to the Microsoft account and only the person who has access to it can cancel it from their end. The only solution left is to get in touch with your financial institution so they can help with fraudulent transactions.

The problem is with the account recovery solution is that I have too type in the Microsoft account I want too recover. How am I suppose too do that if I don’t know it or anyone else does. All I know is Xbox account that I want too recover and that it but I need too know the email address too recover and I dno how on my end too do that.

Then there's nothing else you can do unfortunately

I don’t like to give bad news but without the family organizer that’s not possible .
They need to remove you from the group.

The other option (if you’re not able to recover or access this account) is wait until your account reach the adulthood, in that way the system is going to promote your account to an adult account and you can leave the group

I entered the email the *Ratter* used to remove my access from the account. As i got an email saying that the email was added just before mine was removed and I entered that in to the recover my account proccess and it says its not connected to a microsoft account..
