removing listed devices

Thanks for replying. It doesn't give that option on consoles listed in 'Family Devices' list. It only gives that option in "My Devices' list. The only options I get are 'Get Support', 'Get Apps' and 'Schedule a Repair'.

The best and easiest way to remove devices is to do it online. Click this link, sign in, select manage device limits and then select the devices you wish to remove. Hope

After clicking on "Show details", go to the top-left and click "More actions". The last one should say "Remove Xbox". Let me know if it works!

Please change the password on all accounts that were on that console to prevent that person from using the accounts to purchase anything or to use your accounts:

Once your password is changed the person can not use your accounts anymore as he would have to enter the new password again to use the accounts.

To remove a device go here

And click on your device and then at the top of that next page click "More Actions" and "remove".

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. In reference to your concern, I'd recommend managing the devices on your account, to help keep it up to date with the devices.

Check out this article for further information:

• Your device list is limited to 10 devices at any one time. If your list is full and you want to add a new device, you'll need to remove one first.

• To remove a device, sign in to account.microsoft.com/devices, select
  Manage device limits, then select Remove
  for any of the devices you want to remove.
