Removing a gamerpic that shows personal information

Hi, someone is using a picture of my face, that I did not consent to giving them and is using it as their gamerpic. I have reported them and after 3 days I also talked to Microsoft support who said they couldn't do anything other than instruct me on how
to report them. I don't know what else to do now, it's been 5 days since i first reported them.

technically it is not illegal as it falls under public realm, when video chatting it falls under public not private, like txt messages and conversations can be screenshot and shared (if it shows personal information then its illegal).

you could seek a take down order but that might cost for a lawyer/solicitor.

I would seek legal information for the country and state you live in.

Report the person 5 times on xbox with the same account and the picture should go away

thats not how reporting works and he could get in trouble for doing that too, where was the picture from, if posted on social media publicly then those images now belong in the public domain and anyone can use them. even facebooks rules state any pictures
uploaded and not set as private then become public property, friend of mine had this issue and took it to court for defaming, he lost.

It was not from Facebook I've known them for a while so we had each others insta and I joined a video call that I thought was just a group call and he took a screenshot of my face.
