Removed Games on Demand from Microsoft Marked Place Xbox Live Xb360 (Test Drive Unlimited)

Sorry that you feel as if you've been cut off as that was not the intent; however, as previously stated by our awesome Ambassadors and other XBF members, the developers or publishers that can make this happen for you do not come to the forums, and as such,
you'll need to contact them directly, and is the only possible resolution for what you wish.
As it is currently delisted, it is unavailable for purchase digitally in the online store. Glad to hear that you do have a physical disc copy to use to play the game though.

after many Disussions and Claims by Customers the game was Re Offer on GoD Section.

So this Also Can be Happen for Test Drive Unlimited 1 this Game is UNIC

and was the invetion of Massive open World Racing .

Unfortunately no one here can make that happen. Since the game is not available to purchase digitally, a disc is your only way to buy it. Games are usually delisted for various reasons and that would be up to the publishers/developers.
