Removed from VIP program?

I've been a rewards member since 2011 & I check it weekly to see what I've got & what's on offer. I've logged in today to find that on my dashboard it says that it may take up to 2 days to register me with the rewards program, my VIP star rank has been reset
to zero (was around half way to rank 3) pending credits for deposit don't exist, lifetime credits earned is at zero & a member since appears as "???"

I've tried logging in on several different devices/pc's with the same result.

Have I been reset for some reason?

Removed from the program?

Or is this simply an error trying to get my data which will be rectified?

FH3 VIP Membership

I bought the regular $60 version of Forza Horizon 3. Later, I separately bought the VIP Membership for $20. I removed my account's data from the game twice because I got bored with it. After the second time, I briefly had the VIP Membership but it disappeared.
Is there a way to fix this?

 

My Account is stuck ...again

I cannot see how much euro i am removed from my vip status 2stars.

The status bar says zero and i was at + 60%

bought the mass effect super deluxe edition this week.

It's just a glitch. You'll just have to wait for everything to show back up.
