Please do not name and shame as it's against the forum rules. It's not possible for someone to "hack" your account unless you were to give them your information. If someone is threatening you with this, please file a complaint against them, avoid
the player, and if they have sent you any sort messages please block communications with them.

How to file a complaint:

1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
2. Select Friends, then go to the Players tab.
3. Select File Complaint. Then select File Complaint again on the next screen.
   

Select Text and Voice Communications.

Select Text Message / Voice Message / Voice Chat / In-Game Voice.

Select File Complaint.

How to avoid a player:

1. Press the Guide button.
2. Select Friends, then go to the Players tab. Select the player’s gamertag.
   
3. Select Submit Player Review.
4. Select Avoid This Player
5. Select why you want to avoid the player: Communication, Game Behavior, or Player Skill.
   
6. Select the specific reason why you want to avoid the player.
   
   

How to block communications (only works if messages were received from other players):

From the Xbox Dashboard, open a message from the player, and then select Block Communications. The player will not be able to send you any messages unless you send them one first.

It's because you are naming and shaming which is against the rules...the mods are doing the right thing. None of us here can do anything about it, report them through the console if you really think they are breaking the rules

This is really helping your case here. None of us like boosters but yet we still have to go through the proper channels to report them. Vigilante justice is apparently frowned upon.

No one here protects booters. You're just reporting them the wrong way in the wrong place. Follow the rules.

File complaint, block communication and move on.
