    hi all,

    im having a really irritating issue in that I signed up to the Xbox one preview program a while ago and then decided I no longer wanted to be apart of it, however I am still receiving the updates weekly.

    As per instructions I went into the app itself and unregistered

    However a few days later I got another preview download...

    So I then removed the app completely hoping that would remove the updates, however they are still coming almost every week...

    How do I completely remove this service from my Xbox?

    are you in the previe program? if yes these updates are still in development that's why preview members test them before public release to ensure a better quality of the update.

    Why do people think that being in the previe program gets them EA Acess? To my knowledge the 2 are not mutually exclusive - EA Acess was never mentioned as a "feature" of the Update preview program...

    Remove xbox one previe program completely

    First, when did you opt out from the preview program ? You'll receive updates until the end of the wave you opted out.

    If you still have problems with it, go the Preview forums to report your issue. It's the only place where someone can solve your issue.
