Remove user

When you click on their email account, there should be a "manage" button. Clicking it should open a window where you can remove that account from the device. Eventually, there's also something under "Family and other users".

Maybe also have a look at https://account.microsoft.com/family/ to remove them out of "your family".

Can't share Live accounts. Can't share Gold codes. Can't name and shame on the forums.

Make sure you File a complaint and use avoid player. Plus you shouldnt name people on here but I understand its frustrating.

OK......from what I can tell you gave a "friend" a 1 year subscription code who was to return it in a week?? Makes no sense.

I am still trying to comprehend why you would do that. What was he going to do with it??? Was he a "XBOX LIVE Friend" or one in real life?.......if this story is true it simply boggles the mind of the complete ignorance of some people.

Chock this up as a lesson learned as you will never get it back nor will you get any retaliation help from the XB community....as some may be sympathetic to your ignorance we all learn from our blatant mistakes.

Please remove the gametag name from your title, if it too late to change it, a moderator will be contacted to fix it. Naming and shaming isn't allowed because it ends up bad. * use the report button on your console..and please edit the other instances of
the gametag in your spanish version as well.
