Remove “skip sign in” from login screen / require sign in with account to access xbox

You can't disable the skip sign in but you can set restriction on it

Please go to Settings > Signed-out content restrictions > create a guest key.

This will unlock the “Access to content” setting. Set it to Restricted.

What about if I'm on PC or mobile, as I'm tryna get only my school account but it just skips the login screen signing me inot my personal account?

If you're having problems signing into your account, select “Can't access
your account?” from the login screen.

Search the '' Xbox Identity Provider '' application in the Microsoft Store;

• Verify that the app is installed and up-to-date;

• If persist in making the app error, create a new on computer user account.

• Download Minecraft

• Sign in to app Xbox with the account you used to purchase Minecraft

• Log in to Minecraft and access Xbox Live through the game.

• Sign out of your new account, sign in to your account and sign in and play on Xbox Live.

found workaround..

1. skip sign-in then disable auto-sign-in..

2. then start any game u want by disc or on hdd..

3. at the game start screen (which usually ask to press "Start"), press "XBOX" button then login..

4. once logged in, continue playing

I think I just found the answer to this. You cant stop the "Skip Sign in" bit, but you can require all apps that launch in that mode to ask for a pin which essentially locks it down to being useless.

Sign in as an Adult account and go to Settings > Access Restrictions > and set an access pin.

Then set Access to content as Restricted. Its at the bottom of the list of ages that say "Appropriate up to age 18, 17, 16 etc...

Then also untick Allow adding and creating new profiles.

Now when you sign out or skip the log in you will require the access pin you just set. So if your kids have accounts they will need to be signed in, in order to not have to use the access pin you just set.

I just tested this and it works for my kids accounts.
